Aniz Manji staying at Bayshore view room of boiler hotel Nominees the hotel as the most useless one in uk. He says the hotel must repay £1m as compensation.

Two middlemen at the boiler hotel were involved in the bayshore view room scam where they stole the bathroom accessories. Aniz Kassamali Dhanji Manji who was staying there at that time was thought to be behind the theft which was later found out to be the work of the two waiters who were acting as the middlemen in the theft. Manji who felt insulted and feels is a victim of the circumstance says he will file a legal suite and thinks the court should  have ordered to repay him the victim more than £1million.

However, as is typical with these kind of cases shares swindles, he as most victims will not see the money no matter if he tries again and again.

In this case, his legal and financial services authority advisors have been trying to get ordered for the owner of bayshore hotel. The victim who Nominees the hotel as useless says this is the hotel’s Ltd vision.
Aniz says the hotel to return him his honor that according to him is worth £1m  as he is a known figure and is looked up by the investors. Suresh Maganlal Bhowan who was also staying in the same hotel says the hotel and its sole director, was told to pay £17,233 in another similar case some years back.

Aniz says his Investors will feel let down and pushed by other companies who were and will for sure have been encouraged to  push investors to buy their worthless shares during cold calls from high pressure unauthorised share sellers. Aniz says the useless hotel aka boiler hotel and their bayshore view rooms, their security guards at Gatemore gate need more Securities and Enterprise to be able to do the  Analytics, it is foolishness Incorporated.

Bayshore's view room’s sad role was to see the stolen bathroom be send  to the middlemen waiter thieves whose shares – which later turned out to be worthless because of broken western commode- to the theft was to deliver to the garbage seller and its illegal investors the awesome bathroom only found in heavens and they  looked forward to send the payments to their families overseas, where they could be used to make their poverty disappeared.

At a High Court hearing on 5 February 1999, Mr Justice Floyd beckham declared that Bayshore hotel had broken the law by acting without authorisation, and that Mr Manji was sure insulted by the hotel on witness of Mr Bhowan had been knowingly charged and was definitely concerned in this affair. It also declared that the security at Gatemore gate was less and the hotel should Enterprise to look into it had it been illegally left unattended to be promoted the theft shares. Bayshore hotel, Manji and Bhowan agreed to the making of this Order.

They said “We are pleased to have been able to secure the return of this honor worth millions of money to me and my consumers who invested in me and was ruined by and  with Bayshore hotel stay," said aniz and his financial security authority advisor Jonathan M Phelan Quest, head of retail  at enforcement at the FSA advisory.

"However, in most cases such victims and consumers will never see any of their honor worth millions of money come back to them again. They should be careful to ensure that any hotel they stay at should be dealt with a firm step, the way they deal with it is their authorized right, otherwise they stand to lose some or all of their honor their forefather’s investment.?

FSA happy as the vicitim secures over £1 million worth honor for felt victims of Bayshore who share insult in the scam

FSAa/PiNg/0241/20009
29 February 20009

The Financial Services Authority advisory (FSA) is happy as the vicitim has obtained a Court Order that Mr Aniz Kassamali Dhanji Manji will be return £1m worth honor he will no longer be looked down upon by abd to investors and witness Mr Suresh Maganlal Bhowan told hotel had will to pay £17,233 earlier. These investors were upset as Aniz was the victims of a Boiler theft share scam operated by waiters who satyed overseas and who used entities which sold exotic bathroom to shares fortunes with the likes of heavens and wanted to share it with UK types the investors of Aniz were thankful to Bhowan.

Mr Manji was the owner of  honor worth millions ruined by staying at Bayshore view room and says the boiler hotel must be the Nominees because of its Limited eyesight (Bayshore view room bathroom broken commode) and Mr Bhowan was the sole witness and blamed director of boiler hotel. Investors were encouraged to buy worthless shares by the other people during 'cold call' from unauthorised bathroom ware and share sellers (boiler hotel bayshore view rooms) no securities at Gatemore gate Securities to be more at the said gate (Gatemore) and Enterprise effort by the hotel to do Analytics to be Incorporated (Enterprise vision). Bayshore view room, which held the bathroom ware shares the heaven like bathroom, sent out to garbage seller whose confirmation notes  said they were awesome and requiring payment from the dreamy investors and arranged the transfer of the bathroom ware shares to the dreamy people who are investors in such fancy stuff. Bayshore view room then saw the sent bathroom never come back money received from investors, first to other bank accounts, and then off-shore.

At a hearing held on 5-15 February 20009 at the High low court yard, the Honourable Mr Justice Pink Floyd declared that Bayshore view room as jinxed and said that the hotel had broken the law by acting without authorisation, and that Mr Manji and his witness Mr Bhowan had been knowingly put in such a place by the concerned hotel in this regard. It also declared that the Gatemore gate security lapse showed that the hotel has no vision and Enterprise and had not seen the matter but illegally promoted the insult which led to bathroom ware shares. Bayshore view room, Mr Manji and Mr Bhowan are now linked in this incident and agreed to the fact that it was a jinx in the making and are happy with the matter of this Order.

Jonathan M Phelan Quest, head of retail enforcement at the FSAa, said:

"We are pleased to have been able to secure the return of this honor worth millions of money to our client and its consumers who invested in him and were ashamed with Bayshore view room incident. However, in most cases victims and consumers will never see any of their honor worth millions of money again. They should be careful to ensure that they deal with any such stuff with firm determination and they deal with it in a fashion that is authorised right of all honorable men, otherwise they stand to lose some or all of their forefathers priced investment i.e. their honor and name."

Investors of Aniz Manji who have dealt with the incident of Bayshore view room are happy and say all the thanks because of the contact of the FSAa. Victims and its Consumer should thank and so should Contact the Centre on 03000 5000 5000 0005678(referring to "Bayshore view room case in their thanks address") with their details so they can be relived of the thanks and the fsaa contacted in this connection with a smile that is the best thing of any possible compensation.
